Case Study · AI-Assisted Design
Designing and publishing a full user flow with AI-assisted workflows — from concept to live experience.
Using Figma Make, I independently generated, refined, finalized, and published a complete product flow for a client — combining AI generation with deliberate UX direction to deliver faster, without sacrificing quality.
A conversational assistant replaces a complex 200+ question form, guiding users step by step through a simplified and accessible process.
“What used to feel like paperwork now feels like a conversation.”
This was a client dashboard project created using AI tools — primarily Figma Make. The goal was to quickly design a functional and polished dashboard flow that could move from concept to a shareable experience in minimal time.
I directed the UX, structure, and all final design decisions. The AI handled generation and iteration speed — I set the quality bar and ensured every screen held together as a coherent product.
Mapped out the dashboard architecture — sections, navigation, key data views, and interaction flows — before generating anything.
Used Figma Make to generate initial screen layouts from clear, product-grounded prompts. First-pass output was usable and directionally correct.
Reviewed every screen with a critical UX eye — adjusted hierarchy, spacing, and interaction logic where the AI output needed improvement.
Applied a final design QA pass — ensuring visual consistency, correct component usage, and a production-ready standard before sharing.
AI helped speed up the process, but strong UX decisions were needed to refine and structure the final result.
